HOW DOES IT WORK?

For companies:
You register for free on our homepage in the company portal. First you create your own profile for your company - this will save you a lot of work in the future. Then you define which positions you want to fill and which skills your future employee should have. In addition, you can select other data and categories. The more detailed the requirements are, the more accurate the selection of applicants will be. Now all that remains is to upload the signed commission contract to the portal. When all this is done, the recruitment process is finished for you. From now on my processes start to filter out the best candidate for you. After 3 working days at the latest, I will propose 3 top candidates to you and notify you by e-mail.

You like one candidate, or even two? Then use our calendar to select 3 dates that suit you. From here the candidate will also find out which company you are. I then ask the candidate if a date fits for him and if so, you have your first interview together. How exciting... After the interview has taken place, I will notify you by e-mail that you can now rate the interview. Don't worry, you will have more time to do so. If you decide in favor of the candidate, we will inform him about your acceptance and all facts about his new job. From this moment on I will write you an invoice and send it to you by e-mail.

The more you show us about yourself, the better we can find your dream job.
